    The main difference is in the level of personalization, delivery time, and minimum order quantity. Custom products offer unlimited personalization possibilities, but with a slightly longer delivery time and a higher minimum order quantity compared to catalog products, which can be ordered without personalization or with the client's logo printing.

    Who can order promotional products?

    The promotional products from our offer are intended for wholesale to legal entities. Since our offer is intended for legal entities, it is necessary to have a company, trade, or self-employment to place an order.

    What is print proof or print preparation that is sent to the client before printing?

    In the case of printing on a specific product, before the printing process itself, a so-called "print proof" or "print preparation" is sent to the client for final approval, showing the exact positioning of the logo/design that was ordered. After approval from the client, the printing process begins.

If the desired promotional product sample is not available in our showroom, the customer bears the cost of ordering the sample and delivery. The return period for the sample is 10 working days. After the expiration of the period, an invoice is issued for payment.

    Are delivery costs included in the price of the product?

    Delivery costs are not included in the price of the product and depend on the weight of the package itself, calculated according to the current price lists of delivery services. Delivery within the city of Zagreb is free for orders above ? € + VAT. The customer can also personally pick up the goods from us by prior arrangement with the sales representative.
